We are pleased to now offer 5/1, 7/1 and 10/1 ARMs for greater flexibility in the jumbo loan market. These portfolio products have flexible terms and offer the same rate for Interest Only and Full Amortization loans. There are also NO Negative Amortization or Pre-Payment Penalties. Our loan amounts are up to $3,000,000 and we offer combined Loan to Value up to 95%.

Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Loans:

These loans are insured by the Federal Government and are perfect for First Time Homebuyers. Buyers with less than perfect credit are also acceptable. Loan Amounts are up to $729,750* and minimum investments of only 3% down are available.

INTEREST FIRST Loan - Fixed or Adjustable Rate

These loans require interest only payments for up to 10 years, and then the loan is fully amortized over the remaining 20 years. There are no prepayment penalties, so you can pay toward the principal balance of your loan at any time, but you are not required to do so the first 10 years. The payments obviously will increase when the “interest only” period has passed, but this program provides the lowest initial monthly payment of all loans available.
